Refund policy

We totally understand that life happens and that there may be a time when you need to reschedule or cancel part (or all) of your Sip & Pearl Private Party or Workshop booking.

Accordingly, we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our Refund Policy to provide you with the best possible experience. Please read the following policy carefully.

Each request for cancellation and refund is assessed individually and based on the specific circumstances of the request.

Sip & Pearl Private Party

Reschedule

If you need to reschedule your Sip & Pearl Private Party, that is not a problem at all. In fact, you can reschedule your party as many times as you need at no additional cost. We can also put your Sip & Pearl booking temporarily on hold until you determine a new date/time that is suitable.

To request a reschedule of your party, please contact us to discuss the details.

Cancellation (Full Party)

If you need to cancel your Sip & Pearl Private Party in full, you are eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:

  • If the cancellation is requested more than 7 days prior to the scheduled event, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the cancellation is requested between 2 and 7 days prior to the scheduled event a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount paid.
  • If the cancellation is requested within 2 days (48 hours) of the scheduled event a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount paid.

Cancellation (Individual Guests)

If one or more guests are unable to attend your Sip & Pearl Private Party, resulting in a decrease in the total number of participants, you are eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:

  • If the cancellation of guest(s) occurs more than 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled event a refund will be issued to the value originally paid for the cancelled guest(s).
  • If the cancellation is requested within 2 days (48 hours), you can choose to either:
    • Request a refund to the value originally paid for the cancelled guest(s), less a cancellation fee of 10%; or
    • To make the jewellery piece(s) that your cancelled guests(s) would have made had they attended, as additional piece(s) for your party.

Sip & Pearl Workshop

Reschedule

If you need to reschedule ticket(s) that you have purchased to a Sip & Pearl Workshop, that is also not a problem. You can choose to either:

  • Reschedule your booking to a future workshop date at the same venue and to the same value of your purchased ticket(s); or
  • Request a transfer of your ticket(s) to a different Sip & Pearl Workshop to the same value of your purchased ticket(s).

Cancellation

If you have purchased ticket(s) to a Sip & Pearl Workshop and one or more guests are unable to attend, you are eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:

  • If the cancellation of ticket(s) occurs more than 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled event a refund will be issued to the value originally paid for the cancelled ticket(s).
  • If the cancellation is requested within 2 days (48 hours) a refund will be issued to the value originally paid for the cancelled tickets, less a cancellation fee of 10%.

Refund Processing

Please note the following in relation to the processing of refunds:

  • All refund requests must be made by the individual who made the original booking.
  • All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • You will receive notification via email once a refund has been processed. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
  • To request a cancellation, reschedule or to make any changes to your booking, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.

Changes to this Refund Policy

From time to time, it may be necessary for us to revise this Refund Policy. We may notify you about changes to this Refund Policy by posting an updated version on this site.
